Shruti-SSC Results

Congratulations Shruti Vyas (Daughter of Chanda Vyas and Santosh Vyas), Student of Trishul (NGO) has scored 85% in SSC. A great achievement for a student coming from a humble background. What are the 3 motivations giving to the women empowerment?
The essential factors for empowerment are self-confidence, exposure and independence. Man and women are one of the major components of society. Since the formation of the society, there has been discrimination on how society looks on both the genders. It is through the lens of the society that we build our conceptions.

What are the objectives behind women empowerment?
Fostering decision-making and collective action. Enabling women to make informed choices. Ensuring women's participation in all walks of life. Providing information, knowledge, skills for self-employment.

Ways in which gender training can contribute to women's empowerment and development
The researcher concluded that unless women are empowered and gender equality is achieved so that women can play their role in economic, social, political, and environmental areas, the country will not achieve sustainable development with the recognition of only men's participation in all these areas.
