TRISHUL is a non‑profit organization dedicated to women
and child empowerment, with a strong focus on workplace inclusivity and
safety. We believe every woman deserves dignity, equal opportunity, and a

Founded with a vision of social impact and transparency, TRISHUL partners with corporates, educational institutions, and communities to build awareness, strengthen compliance, and foster empowerment.

POSH Compliance & Training
TRISHUL provides end‑to‑end support for organizations to
comply with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention,
Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013:
- Constitution
of Internal Committees (IC).
- Serving
as External Committee Member for corporate PoSH Committees.
- Training
for IC members and external experts.
- Employee
sensitization workshops.
- Awareness
programs for students and young professionals.
- Annual
reporting and compliance documentation support.

We are doing a crowd fund raising program at Trishul NGO for
a program that would support around 500 women per year in free skill
development and livelihood generation; over 50 children with education. Our
Program is run out of our center close to Versova Metro Station (Andheri,
West), Mumbai.
